JINGDONG Logistics in Jakarta is seeking an energetic sales professional to lead revenue growth across the warehousing and distribution sector. You will identify new customers, tailor solutions, and build long-lasting relationships with a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborating with operations, logistics, and customer service, you will craft compelling proposals, present plans, and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in supply chain, warehousing & distribution.
• Deep knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin or English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
