Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in forwarding or logistics.
• Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
• Willing to travel and work beyond regular office hours.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through client engagement.

Aufgaben

• Execute sales activities to meet targets weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Acquire new business from corporate cargo owners and individual customers monthly.
• Conduct regular sales visits to gather insights and monitor competitor developments.
• Report sales activities using company tools.
• Manage billing for accounts receivable past due dates.
• Maintain customer loyalty with ongoing active transactions.
• Develop customer contributions across all M-Glog products.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys during sales visits to ensure service quality.
