Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding in-store execution and strong partnerships in GT and MT channels across Indonesia. This on-site role requires travel and field presence in multiple cities.

You will own the shelf by maximizing product visibility, expand distribution, and translate market insights into growth actions, delivering measurable improvements in visibility and availability for our brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with GPA 2.75
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Agile, resilient, and quick to learn
• Team player who enjoys connecting with people
• Ready to work in the field, travel regularly, and relocate across Indonesia
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A required

Responsibilities

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
• Build strong relationships with retailers across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
