Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring brands to life at the point of sale through strong retail execution. You will own shelf visibility, build retailer partnerships, and drive campaign activations across GT and MT outlets.

The role requires willingness to travel across Indonesia, strong communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. On-site work pattern with frequent field visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Willing to travel regularly and relocate across Indonesia.
