Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring brands to life through outstanding in-store execution and retailer partnerships. This field-based role requires travel across Indonesia to GT and MT outlets, with on-site work six days a week.

You will own shelf visibility, expand distribution, and implement trade campaigns and activations, while turning market insights into growth actions and measurable results for the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with GPA 2.75 or higher.
Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel and relocate across Indonesia.
Valid SIM C and/or SIM A.

Responsibilities

Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
Build strong relationships with retailers across GT and MT channels.
Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your territory.
Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive growth.
