PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring brands to life through outstanding retail execution. You will own shelves, build retailer partnerships, and drive growth across GT and MT channels in a large Indonesia-wide territory.

The role is on-site six days per week with field responsibilities, travel across Indonesia, and a focus on strong execution of trade programs and activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the shelf by maximizing product visibility and availability across GT & MT outlets.
• Build strong retailer partnerships to expand distribution and reach.
