Dijiwa Sanctuaries is seeking a Restaurant Floor Manager for Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud to lead our F&B service team within a luxury boutique setting in Bali, delivering seamless operations and warm hospitality.

You will supervise daily service, train staff, manage guest relations, coordinate with kitchen and bar, monitor costs and safety, and actively recruit and onboard new team members to uphold the Sanctuary for the Soul ethos.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous hotel or restaurant operations experience required.
• Strong English communication skills; Indonesian language proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field. Previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; Indonesian language proficiency is highly preferred. Candidates with demonstrated guest service excellence in luxury settings will be given priority.
