Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries seeks a DW Front Office Butler for Beehouse Dijiwa Ubud. You will be the warm, welcoming heart, delivering intuitive, anticipatory service that makes each guest feel uniquely cared for as part of our sanctuary experience.

Responsibilities include seamless arrivals and departures, in-room check-ins, bespoke itineraries, and cross-department collaboration to ensure a flawless guest journey in a luxury boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a front office, guest service, or butler role within hospitality.
• Certification in relevant hospitality training is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Execute warm and efficient guest arrival, departure, and in-stay experience with precision.
• Provide personalized butler-style service including in-room check-ins and packing/unpacking.
• Act as primary contact and concierge with knowledge of Ubud's attractions to craft itineraries.
• Manage guest requests, reservations, and inquiries with prompt follow-through.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and daily events to enhance guest experience.
• Foster rapport by remembering names, preferences, and special occasions.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to ensure a unified guest journey.
• Uphold grooming, presentation, and professionalism aligned with the Dijiwa brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating seamless and memorable arrivals, stays, and departures. Your day will be dedicated to understanding and fulfilling guest needs, often before they are even expressed. Success in this role means you are not just checking guests in, but you are curating the beginning of their sanctuary experience. You will be measured by the genuine connections you build, the flawless execution of service, and the heartfelt feedback from guests who feel truly seen and valued. This role matters deeply at Dijiwa because you are the guardian of the guest journey, transforming a simple stay into a personalized story of comfort and discovery.

• Manage guest requests, reservations, and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring complete follow-through and satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable knowledge of all hotel facilities, services, and daily events to inform and enhance the guest experience.
• Foster genuine rapport with guests, remembering names, preferences, and special occasions to deliver truly personalized hospitality.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure a unified and exceptional guest journey.
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and professionalism, embodying the warmth and elegance of the Dijiwa brand.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. Minimum of 6 month of experience in a front office, guest service, or butler role within the hospitality industry. Certification in relevant hospitality training is a plus. Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
