Job summary

The Artini Dijiwa Ubud, part of Dijiwa Sanctuaries, is seeking a passionate Spa Supervisor to lead our wellness team and craft transformative guest experiences in a luxury boutique setting.

You will oversee daily spa operations, mentor therapists, coordinate treatment schedules, and maintain impeccable cleanliness and safety standards while collaborating with Front Office and F&B to ensure seamless guest journeys that reflect Indonesian healing traditions blended with modern techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; preferably holding a diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Wellness-related field.
• Required certification in massage therapy or equivalent spa qualification.
• Professional proficiency in English; Indonesian language fluency required. Must possess valid work authorization in Indonesia.

Responsibilities
