Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B service within luxury hotels. Strong English and Indonesian language proficiency required. ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plus. Must demonstrate genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience excellence.
