Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries Ubud seeks an HK Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the high standards that define the Dijiwa guest experience. You will coordinate daily cleaning, ensure room and public space cleanliness, and mentor staff to deliver Indonesian-elegant service.

You will also bridge communication with the front desk, respond to guest requests, and maintain flexibility for weekends and holidays in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimally, a high school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality or tourism degree is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication in Indonesian and basic English is required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or housekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of housekeepers and coordinate daily cleaning operations.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; preferably with a degree in Hospitality or Tourism. Required: Strong verbal communication skills in Indonesian and basic English. Preferred: Certification in hospitality housekeeping or equivalent training program. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
