• Handle and process room reservations through various channels, including direct bookings, OTA, travel agents, email, and telephone.
• Check room availability, rates, packages, and promotions according to hotel standards.
• Accurately input and update reservation details in the hotel PMS - VHP.
• Prepare and send reservation confirmations to guests and travel agents.
• Follow up on payments, guarantees, special requests, and reservation changes.
• Handle reservation amendments, cancellations, and no-show cases.
• Maintain accurate and complete guest and reservation records.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Finance regarding reservations and guest requirements.
• Monitor room availability and occupancy to support effective room sales.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with guests, travel agents, and business partners.
• Ensure all reservation procedures are handled accurately and according to hotel policies.
