Job summary

Hotel Arsa Santhi Nusa Penida is seeking a Front Office / Reservation professional to create great guest experiences from reservation through check-out. You will handle reservations across multiple channels, manage guest requests, and ensure exceptional service standards.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Driver, and related departments to ensure smooth operations and positive reviews on Google and Tripadvisor.

Qualifications

Provide information about the hotel, facilities, activities, and Nusa Penida

Handle guest complaints quickly and professionally

About you

Front Office / Reservation hotel experience is a plus

Fresh graduates with hospitality mindset welcome to apply

Able to communicate in English
