Job summary

Vibe Hotel Nusa Dua seeks Reservations Agents to join our new 31-key property in Nusa Dua. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings. You will communicate with guests through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online booking platforms.

You will enter reservations into the hotel reservation system, send confirmations, and ensure accurate rates including taxes and levies. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reservations or customer-facing hospitality roles.
• Hospitality qualification with an internship completed will be considered.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and online platforms.
• Provide accurate room rates, including taxes, service charge, and levy.
• Enter reservations accurately into the hotel reservation system.
• Send confirmations and arrival information to guests.
• Follow up on enquiries not yet converted to bookings.
• Manage bookings and handovers for the next shift.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, and no-shows per policy.
• Upsell where appropriate and offer relevant upgrades.
