Anantara Ubud Bali Resort is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage room reservations, respond to inquiries, and ensure precise entry of guest details in our system. You will liaise with Front Office and other departments to meet guest needs and maximize revenue while maintaining strict confidentiality of guest information.

Qualifikationen

• Handle room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and guest requests.
• Respond to reservation inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Enter and maintain reservation details accurately in the hotel system.
• Follow up on tentative, waitlist, and unconfirmed reservations.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments regarding reservations.
• Ensure all special requests and guest preferences are properly recorded and communicated.
• Assist in maximizing room revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle guest concerns and reservation-related issues professionally.
• Prepare and review daily reservation reports as required.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel reservation procedures and standards.
• Build positive relationships with guests, travel agents, and business partners.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
