Job summary

AYANA Hospitality in Bali invites you to join Bali's largest integrated resort as a Guest Reservations/Front Desk associate. You will manage bookings, share information on room availability and rates, and respond to guest inquiries with a courteous, professional demeanor.

We seek Indonesian citizens with 1 year in hospitality, strong English, and excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with PMS or Channel Manager is a plus; academic credentials in hospitality are

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen only.
• Minimum 1 year experience in same role in hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient English in written and spoken; other languages a plus.
• Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
• Customer service mindset and adaptability to different guests.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiar with PMS; Channel Manager is a plus.
• Diploma in Hospitality; Bachelor's degree desirable.

• Manage incoming calls, message, emails and respond to guest inquiries
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information

Requirements:

• Only for Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Familiar with Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager is a plus
• Diploma in Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
