• Answer guest inquiries quickly, warmly, and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Driver, and related departments.
• Check-in/check-out and manage guest requests and needs.
• Proactively follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Help improve positive reviews and ratings on Google and Tripadvisor.
• Ensure guest experience meets hotel service standards.
