Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking a Reservation to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali on a contract basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling bookings with accuracy and delivering exceptional service from the moment they reserve.

Responsibilities include processing reservations across channels, informing guests about room types and offers, confirming details, handling changes, coordinating with departments, and upselling services to maximise revenue.

Formación

• Proven experience in hotel reservations or guest services.
• Strong English communication; additional languages advantageous.
• Excellent data entry and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality.
• Diploma or certification in hospitality preferred.

About the role

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking a Reservation to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a contract position offering an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our guests, managing bookings and ensuring exceptional customer service from the moment they reserve their stay with us. You will play a vital role in our hospitality operations, directly contributing to guest satisfaction and revenue optimisation for our properties.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage guest reservations via phone, email, online platforms and walk-in enquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide detailed information about room types, facilities, services and special offers to prospective guests
• Confirm bookings, collect guest information and communicate confirmation details promptly
• Handle modifications, cancellations and special requests in accordance with hotel policies
• Manage group bookings and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless experiences
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems in real-time
• Upsell additional services and packages to maximise revenue opportunities
• Respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, building positive relationships
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office and other departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor occupancy rates and adjust availability as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in hotel reservations, guest services or a similar hospitality customer-facing role
• Proficiency with reservation management systems and hotel booking software
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes whilst maintaining service quality
• Customer service excellence with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Professional demeanour with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with Bali's tourist attractions and local knowledge is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Diploma or certification in hospitality management or customer service is preferred
