Job summary

Bingin Villa Management in Bali is seeking a Reservation Specialist to be the primary contact for guests and manage inquiries, bookings, and payments with care to ensure a memorable stay.

You will coordinate calendars, respond across channels (email, phone, Airbnb/Booking.com) and work with the villa team to fulfill special requests, while maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or reservation management (1–2 years preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with booking platforms and calendar management tools.

Job Summary

As a Reservation Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for guests interested in booking our villas. You will manage inquiries, coordinate bookings, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, direct website).
• Manage the villa’s booking calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and availability.
• Process reservations, payments, and cancellations in accordance with villa policies.
• Coordinate with the villa management team to ensure guest requirements (e.g., special requests, additional services) are met.
• Provide detailed information about the villa, its amenities, and local attractions to prospective guests.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest communications, and payment transactions.
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews, addressing feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the villa and attract bookings.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and villa policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservation management (1-2 years preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with booking platforms, calendar management tools, and basic office software (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office). Hostaway experience is a must
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional demeanour with a customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of Bali’s culture, attractions, and tourism industry is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely when needed
