BVM in Bali seeks a dedicated Reservation Specialist to be the primary contact for guests interested in booking our villas. You will handle inquiries, manage the booking calendar, process reservations and payments, and coordinate with villa staff to meet guest needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality or reservation management, flawless English and Bahasa Indonesia, and hands-on experience with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Hostaway.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in hospitality or reservation management.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient with booking platforms and calendar tools.
• Hostaway experience is a must.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and booking platforms.
• Manage villa booking calendar with accurate scheduling and availability.
• Process reservations, payments, and cancellations per villa policies.
• Coordinate with villa management to meet guest requirements.
• Provide detailed villa information and local attractions.
• Maintain records of bookings, communications, and payments.
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the villa.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and villa policies.
