Job summary

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking an Admin Revenue DW to join our Denpasar, Bali team for a full-time, on-site position. You will support revenue and data warehouse operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and efficient data management for BI and financial information systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality of financial data.

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Basic understanding of hospitality operations and revenue management principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update revenue data in data warehouse systems with accuracy.
• Process and reconcile financial records related to revenue streams and guest transactions.
• Prepare and compile regular revenue reports for management review and analysis.
• Support revenue team with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation and filing.
• Assist with data entry and verification to ensure database integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to gather information for revenue reporting.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators and metrics.

About the role

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking an Admin Revenue DW to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our property. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our revenue and data warehouse functions, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and efficient data management. You will be instrumental in supporting our revenue team's operations and contributing to the accuracy of our business intelligence and financial information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update revenue data in our data warehouse systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Process and reconcile financial records related to revenue streams and guest transactions
• Prepare and compile regular revenue reports for management review and analysis
• Support the revenue team with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation and filing
• Assist with data entry and verification to ensure database integrity and compliance
• Coordinate with multiple departments to gather necessary information for revenue reporting
• Monitor and track key performance indicators and metrics as required
• Manage administrative files and records with confidentiality and organisation
• Support special projects and ad-hoc requests from the revenue and management teams

What we're looking for
