Job summary

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join our sales team in Denpasar, Bali on a full-time basis. You will manage and optimise our e-commerce channels, drive digital revenue, and enhance the online guest experience across platforms.

The ideal candidate has proven e-commerce or digital sales experience, strong analytics, SEO/SEM knowledge, and familiarity with CMS and HTML. English communication is essential; hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital sales, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytics skills with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM and digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency with content management systems and basic HTML.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise all e-commerce platforms and online sales channels to drive revenue growth and increase conversion rates.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Monitor website performance metrics, analytics and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product listings, promotional campaigns and seasonal offerings.
• Manage online inventory, pricing strategies and product information across all digital platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve e-commerce related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify competitor strategies and opportunities in online hospitality.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, sales trends and recommendations for optimisation.
• Work with IT and web development teams to ensure platform functionality, security, and user experience.

About the role

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis in Denpasar, Bali. This is a strategic position that will be fundamental to driving our digital sales revenue and expanding our online presence. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimising our e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences and achieving ambitious sales targets through digital platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth in the competitive hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces and payment gateway systems
• Demonstrated proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking systems
• Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM and digital marketing principles to drive online visibility
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with HTML or web design is preferred
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions
