Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is helping a leading renewable energy company in Indonesia hire an Account Executive to manage client accounts, support sales growth, and ensure top-quality service delivery in the solar energy sector.

You will coordinate with internal teams, prepare proposals and presentations, maintain accurate records, and assist with market research. A Diploma/D3 or Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in account management or sales are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in account management, sales, or client servicing (preferably in renewable energy, construction, or related industries).
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM systems (Hubspot).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred).
• Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the main contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Support the sales team in identifying new opportunities and upselling services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, operations).
• Maintain accurate client records, agreements, and payments.
• Conduct follow-ups and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare reports on account performance and revenue.
