Job summary

PT. INFINITI ENERGI INDONESIA is seeking a proactive early-career Business Development professional to explore markets and nurture opportunities in renewable energy.

You will identify potential clients and partners, assist in proposals, and help build a robust pipeline while coordinating stakeholder communications. The role is onsite in BSD, Indonesia, requiring 0–1 year of BD-related experience and a strong interest in renewable energy.

Qualifications

• 3rd-year university student or fresh graduate in a STEM field.
• 0–1 years of experience in BD, sales, marketing, or related roles.
• Willing to work onsite in BSD, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
• Willing to travel for events/expos if needed.
• Strong interest in business development and renewable energy.
• Basic market research and business opportunity identification skills.
• Proposal, presentation, and market analysis skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on demand, competitors, and opportunities.
• Identify potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and market analysis.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings and communication with stakeholders.
• Support business development and partnership initiatives.
