Job summary

PT SGS Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Renewable Energy sector to drive new opportunities and build a strong project pipeline. You will lead proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in renewable energy business development, sales, or consultancy, with excellent communication and stakeholder management, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, capable of coordinating

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy projects.
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Technical Consulting.
Solid understanding of renewable energy projects and their commercial environment.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Able to collaborate with technical and commercial teams.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
Build and maintain relationships with project developers, EPC contractors, financiers, and other key stakeholders.
Identify potential projects and build a strong business pipeline.
Lead proposal development, commercial discussions, negotiation, and business development activities.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements.
Support the growth of technical advisory and Owner’s Engineer services.
Monitor market opportunities and strengthen the company’s market presence.
