Job summary

Fedora Group Indonesia is seeking a proactive sales professional in Indonesia to drive growth in renewable energy solutions. You will contact potential clients, present our BESS and energy services, and build strong relationships to close deals.

Base salary ranges from Rp2,000,000 to Rp3,000,000 per month with unlimited sales commissions based on performance. Experience in renewable energy or sales is a plus, and a driving license is beneficial.

Qualifications

Minimum education as listed (SMA/SMK, Diploma or Bachelor's degree).
Experience in sales, marketing, MLM or business development is a plus.
Experience or knowledge in Renewable Energy field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients and partners via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other media.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients and company partners.
Conduct presentations and explain company products and services to prospective customers.
Actively follow up until the sales process is closed.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer networks.
Create sales activity reports and prospect development updates regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
