Qualifications

• At least 2 years leading a remote SDR team.
• Proven track record of exceeding SDR targets.
• Excellent coaching and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and CRM processes.
• Experience with Outreach or SalesLoft is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be a proactive self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote SDR team.
