Pt Ruang Raya Indonesia (Ruangguru) is seeking a remote Sales Development Representative to lead outbound efforts in the LATAM market. You will identify and qualify leads, understand client needs, and set up discovery calls for the Account Executives.

This fully remote role requires strong English and Spanish communication, experience in B2B or SaaS environments, and proficiency with CRM tools. Growth opportunities and international exposure are offered.

Formación

• Proven experience in a sales development or similar lead generation role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads and set appointments.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification processes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to identify leads in LATAM.
• Engage with prospects to understand needs and pain points.
• Articulate value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with sales/marketing teams.
