Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support growth across Southeast Asia and Indonesia. This remote role focuses on outbound prospecting, market research, and lead generation for B2B SaaS and AI technologies. Strong English communication and experience with ABM are preferred.

You will work with an international team, identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers, and nurturing prospects through a structured sales pipeline while meeting monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
1–3 years in B2B SaaS, AI technology, or enterprise software sales.
Experience with lead generation, outbound prospecting, social selling, and ABM.
Fluent English communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify target accounts and generate qualified leads across Southeast Asia and Indonesia.
Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify prospects based on business needs and decision-making authority.
Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates.
