Job summary

Pt. Makmur Cipta Rasa is seeking a results-driven Remote Sales Associate to join our virtual sales team. Working from home, you will engage potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to close deals while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include reaching out via phone, email, and social channels; presenting tailored solutions; hitting monthly targets; and updating the CRM. A high school diploma is required; a business degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably remote/inside sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with remote time management.
• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
• High school diploma required; business degree advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential customers through remote channels (phone, email, social media).
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations.
• Guide prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
