Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client management, account management, or senior recruitment with client-facing focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
