You will translate client objectives into effective talent acquisition strategies and serve as the primary point of contact to ensure client success. The role requires 4+ years in client or account management within recruitment, with excellent communication and strategic thinking to drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment clients with high satisfaction and retention.

• Act as strategic partner, providing insights on talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee delivery of recruitment services ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Identify upselling opportunities for additional recruitment services.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
