Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in client management, account management, or senior recruitment with client-facing focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment clients with high satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client business needs, culture, and hiring requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee delivery of recruitment services ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling recruitment services.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery.
