Pt Bfi Finance Indonesia Tbk is seeking a proactive Remote Client Relationship Manager to serve recruitment clients from a fully remote setting, focusing on Denpasar area and the broader Indonesian market. You will nurture relationships and translate client objectives into hiring strategies.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, understand hiring needs, and act as a strategic partner to deliver timely, high-quality recruitment solutions while pursuing upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in client management or senior recruitment with client-facing duties.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment clients with high satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client business needs, culture, and hiring requirements.
• Act as a strategic partner with insights on talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee delivery of recruitment services ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell of recruitment services.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
