You will translate client objectives into effective talent acquisition strategies and act as the primary contact for client success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client management or senior recruitment with client-facing focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of recruitment process and talent acquisition market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business needs, company culture, and hiring requirements.
• Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee the delivery of recruitment services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional recruitment services.
• Collaborate internally with recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
