Kimia Farma is seeking a Remote Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote a portfolio of innovative drugs to healthcare professionals nationwide. You will educate prescribers on product benefits, therapeutic advantages, and clinical data to drive market share and hit sales targets in a fully remote setup.

The role requires 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work autonomously from a distributed team across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital staff, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Present product information, clinical data, and value propositions to customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with offerings.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage administrative duties including forecasting and expense reporting.
