Job summary

Kimia Farma is seeking a driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a fully remote sales team. You will promote a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across your assigned territory, educating prescribers on product benefits, clinical data, and therapeutic advantages.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, relationship-building with physicians, pharmacists, hospital admins, and other stakeholders, plus CRM and virtual meeting tools usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and prescribing practices.
• Remote-work management capability and self-motivation.
• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital admins, and other stakeholders.
• Present product information, clinical data, and value propositions to customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
