Kimia Farma is seeking a Remote Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell our client’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across your designated territory through digital and virtual engagement. You will build lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and decision-makers while delivering product education and market insights.

The role emphasizes effective remote selling, CRM management, and staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
Exceptional virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, clinical data, and healthcare systems.
Proficiency with CRM software and virtual meeting/collaboration tools.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a remote sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers using online platforms.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consistent virtual engagement and follow-up.
Educate healthcare professionals on features, benefits, and appropriate use of pharmaceutical products.
Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Accurately manage CRM data, sales forecasts, and expense reports.
