Kimia Farma is seeking a Remote Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across Indonesia. This fully remote role requires strong communication and relationship-building to drive market share and meet sales targets.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in pharmaceutical sales, with proven quota attainment, plus proficiency in CRM software and virtual meeting platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with ability to work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
• Effectively present and communicate product information, clinical data, and value propositions to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with product offerings.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage administrative duties, including maintaining sales records, forecasting, and submitting expense reports accurately and on time.
