Qualifications

• Proven track record in account/relationship management in Recruiting Agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales approach.
• Self-motivated with ability to work remotely.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Organised with time management for multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of Jakarta market or Indonesian business environment is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Results-driven with target focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand requirements and pain points.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends to inform BD initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain records of all BD activities and client interactions.
• Contribute to the development of BD strategies and processes.
