Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Associate for a fully remote, home-based role. The successful candidate will drive new business, manage client relationships, and contribute to a professional, long-term career with flexible working hours.

The position is full-time, with a 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 9AM–6:30PM, and a basic salary plus incentives. Responsibilities include cold calling, database management, and staying current with recruitment and business

Responsibilities

• Utilize cold calling and other outreach methods to develop new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Manage and update client databases to ensure smooth cold calling during prime hours.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and business development.
• Build strong relationships with clients through calling and following up.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
