Job summary

PT Bubaki Inter Generasi is seeking a self-driven business development professional to own end-to-end BD efforts for enterprise customers in Indonesia and Japan. The role focuses on outreach, content creation in Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia, and developing compelling proposals.

You will work remotely from anywhere with internet access. The contract may convert to a full-time role based on onboarding success and client acquisition performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 degree.
• Able to speak and write Japanese (JLPT N3).
• Love writing, creating content, and developing proposals.
• Strong communication, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• B2B sales, marketing, or business development experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential enterprise customers in Indonesia and Japan.
• Own the full customer approach cycle from initial outreach, follow-up, and onboarding.
• Create content in Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia for social media and other channels.
• Develop required proposals, presentations, and business materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners.
• Help shape the company's business development strategy, and go-to-market approach
