You will lead strategic BD initiatives, recruit and develop talent, and ensure alignment with company goals while representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years in business development, sales or financial services with 2-3 years in team leadership.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
