Job summary

HADS Partnership is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base in Indonesia. You will identify potential customers, present solutions, and nurture relationships with medium to large enterprises.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and English proficiency, with a focus on achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to strategic growth. Working hours are flexible with a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B dealing with medium to large companies. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience dealing with financial and accounting managers or directors is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new business, market and open new customer accounts.
• Build and maintain business relationships with potential client and existing client.
• Manage proposal, quotations, and necessary paper works.
• Provide presentation to potential client.
• Prepare monthly sales and business development reports.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales target.
