PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia, a fast-growing technology firm delivering enterprise SaaS and AI-powered sales solutions across Southeast Asia, seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager in Indonesia. This role offers remote work from Jakarta while engaging with senior stakeholders and multinational clients.

You will drive end-to-end enterprise sales, manage six-month+ cycles, and build long-term partnerships with strategic accounts. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field.
• 7–12 years in B2B Sales or Business Development.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles of six months+ with USD 100,000+ deals.
• Proven end-to-end sales process ownership.
• Experience selling enterprise SaaS/solutions preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies targeting enterprise clients across Indonesia and SEA.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential enterprise accounts via outbound and inbound sales.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including demos and proposals.
• Build relationships with mid-to-C-level stakeholders.
