Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client/account management or a senior recruitment role with a client-facing focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of the recruitment process and talent acquisition market.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently in a remote environment.
