Javano Signature is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of food service clients in a fully remote role. You will be the primary contact, ensuring satisfaction and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in client/account management, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM tools. This position offers remote work flexibility and opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client management, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in food service or hospitality.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of food service clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service needs.
• Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for service enhancement or expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, culinary) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
