Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop deep understanding of client needs, company culture, and hiring requirements.
• Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee delivery of recruitment services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional recruitment services.
