Job summary

PT. NEWTON EDUCATION CENTER is seeking a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition professional to source and headhunt Mandarin-speaking talent for niche roles in Indonesia. You will build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, mapping, and networking to support rapid hiring needs.

The role requires 1–2 years in recruitment, Mandarin market knowledge, and excellent English communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to employer branding while managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably with Mandarin-speaking talent.
• Good understanding of the Mandarin-speaking talent market in Indonesia and sourcing channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• English proficiency required.

Job description

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably with a focus on Mandarin-speaking talent.

Good understanding of the Mandarin-speaking talent market in Indonesia, including candidate availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment challenges.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels, with hands-on experience in active headhunting.

Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work in a target-driven environment.

Good command of English is required.

Preferably available to join immediately.
