Job summary

Dibimbing is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Staff to support end-to-end recruitment across outlets and the head office. You will manage vacancies from posting to placement and coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams.

You will source candidates via job portals, social media, walk-ins and campus events, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and maintain recruitment reports. Strong communication, negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Psychology, HR, Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in F&B.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment for operational/outlet positions.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
• Manage candidate databases, interview schedules, and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operational teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Conduct campus hiring, job fairs, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment performance, hiring progress, and candidate attendance throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Experienced in high-volume recruitment, especially for operational and outlet positions.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure, meet recruitment targets, and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
